MARC DE LA ROYÈRE – AGED
Aged AOP Luberon Pomace Brandy
Production: Le Marc de La Royère is a liquor made from pomace that is leftover in the winemaking of our AOP Luberon appellation wines.
The pomace is distilled in a copper alembic still in order to obtain the liquor, which is similar to Italian Grappa. The liquor is thereafter aged in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Fruity and oaky, should be served at room temperature.
For cocktails, suitable base spirit for an old-fashioned. Can also be used for desserts or on a scoop of raisin ice-cream.
Alcohol Content: 45% vol.
