Production: L’Esprit du Moulin is an olive flavoured liquor – a unique product that originates from the diversification of the production at La Royère.
Olive pomace (solid residue obtained from the olive oil production process) and virgin olive oil are macerated in alcohol before being distilled in a copper alembic still.
Tasting Notes: Serve at room temperature or chilled in the freezer like a vodka.
For cocktails, suitable replacement for gin in a gin & tonic, a gin fizz or a dry martini.
