Aged during 18 months in new oak barrels only (225 liters).
Tasting Notes: Deep garnet robe, with ruby tints.
Complex oaky nose, garnished with liquorice and peppery gingerbread flavours. Hints of leather.
Highly concentrated red fruit aromas on the palate, the wood comes through with strong tannins and a good balance between structure and flavour.
