Grape Varieties: Grenache & Syrah
Terroir: Parcels located on the northern slope of the lesser Luberon range, down to the southern end of the Calavon river. Primarily sandy-clay soils.
Winemaking: Night harvest, direct-pressing for the Grenache in order to maintain light color tones, while the Syrah is bled to enhance aromas.
Low-temperature fermentation (13°C) in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the aromas.
Tasting Notes: Luminous pink-gold robe.
Rose petals nose, evolving into notes of citrus and tangy candies.
The mouth is straightforward and silky, with lovely notes of grapefruit.
12.5% vol.
