TERMS OF SALES

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
The validation of the order implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale and the pricing conditions of the Domaine de la Royère. N.B: the visuals and photographs of the Domaine La Royère site are not contractual.

MINORS
Article L 3342-1 of the law of July 21, 2009 of the Public Health Code prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors under eighteen (18) years of age. Therefore, the buyer agrees, by validating the order form, to be eighteen (18) years old on the date of this order.

PRICE
Prices are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Postage and customs charges, if any, are invoiced in addition.
Domaine La Royère reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however the prices are those in force at the time of the validation of the order.

PAYMENT
The buyer has the option of paying the amount of his order by one of the following means:
By credit card online
Payment by bank card is made securely on the BNP PARIBAS server.
Domaine de la Royère does not have access to the bank details of its customers at any time.

DELIVERY
Delivery is made in mainland France, in multiples of 6 items.
Delivery charges are free for any order equal to or greater than 60 items.

AVAILABILITY
In the event of non – availability of one of the products, the Domaine de la Royère will contact the purchaser by email or telephone and will propose the replacement of the product by another product, or, where applicable, the reimbursement of the unavailable products. .

DELIVERY DELAY
The delivery time for France is 7 calendar days. These deadlines are given as an indication, and no request for compensation or cancellation can be claimed from the Domaine de la Royère in the event of a delay in delivery.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer as soon as the payment is validated and the order has been sent. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. If the package is returned to Domaine de la Royère due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be contacted. The cost of returning to the completed address will be the responsibility of the customer.

CLAIMS
In case of breakage or loss, reservations will be made on the delivery slip at the time of receipt of the package. The customer must inform the Domaine de la Royère within 48 hours, by phone, email or fax.
If the delivery slip is signed without reservation, the buyer loses his right of recourse to a replacement or a refund of the products.

RIGHT TO RETRACT
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the package to return the goods, in their original packaging, to Domaine de la Royère. . This right of withdrawal is exercised free of charge by the customer, with the exception of the cost of returning the products.
The consumer exercises his right of withdrawal by informing the Estate of his decision to withdraw by sending, before the expiry of the period provided for in Article L. 221-18.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
To be taken into account, any request to cancel an order must reach Domaine de la Royère 24 hours before the products are shipped. The cancellation request can be made by email, fax or telephone.

FORCE MAJEURE
Domaine de la Royère cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, delays or cancellations of delivery due to circumstances beyond its control: storm, fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, strike, blockage of means of transport or telecommunications networks.

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
The products remain the property of Domaine de la Royère until full payment of the order, in accordance with the terms of Law No. 80 335 of May 1, 1980.

APPLICABLE RIGHT
The present General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. The Avignon Commercial Court (Vaucluse) has jurisdiction in the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved amicably.

APPLICABLE LANGUAGE
The language of interpretation of these General Conditions of Sale is English.
